Do you allow vehicle drop-offs?
Yes, we allow vehicle drop-offs by appointment only. Call us at (972) 290-0408 to schedule.
How long does a wheel repair take?
Standard repairs typically take 24 hours. Specialty work such as custom finishes or extensive damage may require additional time.
Can you repair cracked wheels?
We can repair up to two inner cracks using aluminum TIG welding, though not all cracks are fixable. Send us photos so we can assess repairability before you bring the wheel in.
Do I need an appointment to drop off wheels?
No appointment is needed for loose wheel drop-offs — walk-ins are accepted until 5:00 PM. Vehicle drop-offs require an appointment.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on weekends — no weekend pick-ups or drop-offs are available.
Where are you located?
We have a single location at 2445 McIver Ln, Suite 100, Carrollton, TX 75006, serving the entire DFW metroplex.
Do you sell tires?
Yes, we can source tires for you, typically available within one business day.
Can you get OEM replacement wheels?
Yes, OEM wheels are available with typical delivery in 3–5 business days.
Do you offer custom wheel finishes?
Yes, we offer custom color finishes including powder coating. Contact us for pricing and color options.
Can you repair steel wheels?
We don't repair steel wheels, but refinishing is available on a case-by-case basis.
What wheel sizes do you work on?
We repair wheels from 14" to 24". Tire removal and remounting is available for wheels 16" to 24".
Do you repair chrome wheels?
Chrome wheel repair is possible but risks chrome damage during the repair process. We'll discuss the risks and options with you before proceeding.
What about 2-piece or 3-piece wheels?
We don't currently repair multi-piece wheels, as they require specialized disassembly and reassembly processes.
Do you offer a warranty?
We match manufacturer warranties on our repairs. Most vehicles don't carry factory warranties on wheels, but we stand behind our work.
Do you have vehicle storage?
Yes, we offer indoor and outdoor vehicle storage options with 24/7 surveillance.
Do you repair ATV or golf cart wheels?
We don't repair ATV or golf cart wheels, but refinishing is available for loose wheels without tires.
What is your powder coating process?
Our powder coating process involves stripping the wheel, preheating to 400°F, applying primer and custom color coat, then curing for a durable, chip-resistant finish. See our powder coating page for the full 4-step process.
Do you offer a lease return guarantee?
Yes! We offer a money-back guarantee for all customers who bring us work for a vehicle lease return. We'll make sure your wheels pass inspection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit card, and debit card.
Do you offer dealer or fleet pricing?
Yes, we offer special pricing and incentives for dealerships, body shops, rental agencies, and insurance companies. Free local pickup and delivery is available for volume accounts.
