Our 4-Step Process
Preparation & Cleaning
Tires removed, valves extracted. Hot pressure washing followed by chemical stripping to eliminate old paint and clear coat.
Repair & Finishing
Light media blasting removes blemishes and corrosion. Alloy TIG welding repairs face and spoke damage, followed by precision machining.
Coating Application
Wheels preheated to 400°F for 20 minutes. Powder coat primer applied, custom color sprayed, and cured at 200°F. Final clear coat applied.
Assembly & Balancing
New valves installed, tires refitted, electronic balancing with inside-mounted weights to preserve the clean exterior finish.
